Madrasa
Run one or more madrasas: admissions, classes and promotion, monthly and other fees, usthads and salary, the madrasa’s own accounts and reports.
What it does
- Each madrasa has its own receipt and admission number prefixes, sibling discount and accounts, separate from the masjid’s money.
- Students: admit from the family register or as a new child, with class, roll number, guardians and notes. Status: active, transferred, left, passed out or discontinued.
- Fees: fee types (monthly, yearly, every few months, one time), an amount per class, and an own amount per student if needed. Dues are created every month, including missed months, just like membership fees.
- Collect fees on the student page: oldest months first, extra kept as advance, and a receipt to share.
- Pay for siblings: one payment shared among brothers and sisters; each child gets a receipt.
- Classes by academic year, with teachers and fees. A new year can copy classes and fees from an earlier one.
- Promote a whole class to next year’s class, with exceptions (retained, passed out, left).
- Staff: usthads and others with salary and allowances, salary advances, and monthly salary with advance recovery and salary slips.
- Accounts & expenses: the madrasa’s accounts, expenses, donations or grants, and transfers between masjid and madrasa.
- Fees pending, with WhatsApp reminders to guardians. Reports: fees by class and the accounts statement.
- Each student has a personal link for guardians to see fees and receipts.
- Madrasa teachers see their own classes.

No. Only someone who manages madrasa fees can cancel a payment, from the Payments tab.
How do guardians see the fees?
Tap the share button at the top of the student page to send the student’s personal link.
