Inbox
Messages for you as staff, from your masjid and from the Wisdom organisation.
What it does
- Newest first, with the sender and time. Unread messages have a blue edge.
- Tap a message to mark it read, or Mark all read at the top.
- Some messages ask you to confirm: tap I have read this.
- The unread count shows next to Inbox in the sidebar, and as a red dot on More on a phone.
Read and confirm messages
- Open Inbox (from More, the sidebar, or the bell on Home).
- Tap a message to read it.
- If it shows I have read this, tap it. It then shows Acknowledged.
- Tap Mark all read to clear the rest.
Questions
Who sends these messages?
Your masjid (for example a notification sent to staff) and the Wisdom organisation. The sender is shown under each message.
Why must I confirm some messages?
The sender asked staff to confirm they read it, for example a circular. They can see who has confirmed.
