Home dashboard
The first screen after signing in: how this month is going, and shortcuts to the screens you use most.
What it does
- Collected this month, with a bar and the percentage of what was expected for the month.
- Outstanding: all fees still pending (across the masjid, or across your areas for a collector).
- Families · Members: how many are on the register.
- Advance held: money people have paid ahead for months not yet billed.
- Up to eight shortcut tiles for the screens your role can open.
- Last 12 months: one bar per month. The light bar is what was expected, the dark bar is what was collected.
- The bell at the top right opens your Inbox.
Check how collection is going this month
- Tap Home in the bottom bar (or in the sidebar on a computer).
- Look at Collected this month: the yellow bar fills as more of the expected amount comes in.
- Compare it with Outstanding, which is everything still pending, including older months.
- Scroll down to Last 12 months to see whether this month is better or worse than earlier ones.
- Tap a shortcut tile, for example Dues, to follow up on who has not paid.
- The figures only show for roles that can see dues. Madrasa staff see the shortcuts only.
Read messages for staff
- Tap the bell at the top right of Home.
- Your Inbox opens with the newest message first. Unread ones have a blue edge.
- Tap a message to mark it read. See the Inbox module for more.
Questions
Why do I not see any numbers on Home?
The figures are only shown to roles that can see dues (admin, treasurer, collector, viewer). Madrasa admins and teachers see the shortcut tiles only.
Why is Expected for this month different from last month?
Expected is the total of the dues made for that month. It changes when members join or leave, when someone has their own fee, or when the billing setting changes.
